Willie C. Haralson, Jr. is Co-Founder & General Partner of the firm. He is responsible for management and advisory to portfolio companies in need of operational value in his areas of expertise. He also focuses his time on creating deal flow and raising capital. Prior to Invictus, he founded Riviera Development, LLC, a diversified company that offers products and services across several different industries.

 

Willie has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and has fostered a successful career in logistics and operational management. His business endeavors have shaped his entrepreneurial ideals. His beliefs are centered around sustaining best practices that create efficiency, that delivers effectively.

Willie is usually identified by many as a kind, charismatic man. He upholds the values of a hard worker, and he believes in not only getting things done, but getting things done the right way.

He studied at Hinds Community College before getting involved in the transportation and supply chain industry. He was a truck driver for more than twenty years before eventually moving into management. Outside of work, Willie takes pleasure in spending time with his wife and children, researching new ideas, and exploring new adventures.
