Jermaine L. Moore is Co-Founder & Managing General Partner of the firm, where he is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management. He takes an active role in corporate business development and the sourcing of deal flow throughout the private equity and venture capital communities. Since inception, Jermaine has exerted his time and effort in building a firm grounded in operational expertise, diversified investment strategies, and efficient growth, that produces above market returns.

 

Jermaine is a seasoned businessman with over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate acquisition, construction, private equity investing, and business management. Prior to the formation of Invictus, he founded Robust Capital, LLC a micro investment company and Turn Key Builders, Inc., a residential and commercial real estate development firm focused on construction and development in the Southeast.

 

Jermaine is a public speaker, founder of the Black Label Entrepreneur™ Brand and Masterclass, and creator of Real Estate Prophets™ an online course curriculum for Real Estate Investors. He also serves as a Board/Advisory Member with Social Media Marketing Agencies, Real Estate Investment, Healthcare, and Consumer Products Companies.

 

Jermaine has been labeled as a modern day "Urban Renaissance Man" who has sights to change the world through thought-provoking influence across his areas of expertise. He began his career as a Chemical Engineer for Georgia Gulf Corporation, a global leader and supplier of chemicals and vinyl. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Austin Peay State University and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee. In his spare time, Jermaine enjoys mentoring young entrepreneurs, learning new skills, being active in his local church, and sharing his gift as an accomplished musician.
